Courtland Charles is known for being assertive, hard working, and up to speed on market activity in which he serves. Courtland attended both Southern University and A&M and Texas Tech where he played football and majored in business. Though a Louisiana native, Courtland has strong family ties, and friends throughout the state of Texas.
Courtland has been active within the National Multifamily Housing Council, and The Real Estate Council in Dallas. Prior to co-founding the Onyx Legacy Group he received multiple recognitions while working in investment sales at Marcus & Millichap, and successful undertakings while at Colliers International in Dallas.
