Kam Willard is a commercial retail tenant representation and investment sales advisor with roughly a decade of experience in sales and recruiting for Fortune 500 corporations. Kam is a proud graduate of the University of North Texas, where he served as President and Vice President of the Student Body, as well as President of the Phi Gamma Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated. Kam earned his bachelor’s in business administration degree, majoring in Management and Communication Studies while holding several other key leadership positions throughout campus.
He has a strong track record of producing creative solutions to complex negotiations. Outside of work, Kam is an avid sports fan, enjoys action films and compelling cinema, and can often be found on the golf course honing his game.
